Amazing Hotel and all the staff are always super friendly. Has a beautiful pool that we never seem to find time to use because there's always so much going on up and around in cleveland. Definitely one of our favorite hotels up here Cabo would definitely recommend
The front desk staff here work very hard to keep all customers happy. They were totally swamped with check ins for several hours. Tasha and the other lady did their BiG one in making sure everyone was waited on in a timely manner. Whatever accommodations needed to be made they made them. They even gave free breakfast to us for the long wait. I tip my hat to them. The indoor pool is large and very nice. The room prices are very affordable. You'd expect to pay much more than you do.
This hotel was in a very convenient location and the staff were impeccable. The hotel had a nice pool and hot tub, I wish the outdoor half of the pool was open as it seems like it would have been fun to swim under the divider and be outside, but it's late summer so I get it. The breakfast was sit down style, not continental. It was a little pricey but tasty. Room was good size and has been updated but close inspection led me to question cleanliness. though you'd say the same if you looked closely at my house so perhaps I'm being too critical.
Clean Rooms, the pool and hot tub were accessible, clean throughout the hotel. Front desk staff are amazing, the manager on duty goes above and beyond for the guests, especially with the snow storm we endured during our stay. The King bed was super comfortable and the room had a nice cozy feel with the couch and coffee table. The water is nice and hot and the shower had great pressure. Room 300 is a nice set up. I'll be requesting it in the future.

Currently staying here and I LOVE IT the rooms are clean the hotel is quiet the pool is lovely and warm and the restaurant is delicious BUT THE STAFF IS WHAT MAKES IT AMAZING the front desk staff is warm and welcoming. They are polite and hilarious I enjoy chatting before heading to my room MAJOR shout out to Lanisha (hope I spelled it right) she the manager and you can tell she runs her team with dignity respect and a mommas love double major shout out to Elizabeth she’s newer but you’d never know if she didn’t tell you the girl knows her stuff and is great at her job whoever that is above them needs to know they have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and they deserve so much praise and appreciation
This experience was SO MICH BETTER THAN THE LAST. Mell is so professional and always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcomed! He is willing to find a solution to any problem and make sure his guests are satisfied. My mom and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help and kindness. The guy in the morning? Not so much. But mell is on point!!
Giving a 5 review because the people who work here are so nice. I never had any issue and I stayed for 3 weeks. Was not the best location for me because my work was farther than expected. It's older and not updated but comfortable. The beds are so nice I will be buying. I will stay again because the staff is awesome. Wish they had Netflix but honestly I wake up go to work come back to sleep. So Netflix isn't a need lol. They were also great with my dog whis a 7lb diva chihuahua!
